Sales Supervisor

Job Purpose:

To lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for kitchen, furniture, and interior design projects. Ensure excellent customer experience from consultation to project closing and coordinate closely with the design and installation teams to deliver customer satisfaction.

* Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Leadership & Team Management
• Supervise and motivate showroom consultants and project sales staff to meet or exceed targets.
• Conduct daily sales briefings and weekly performance reviews.
• Assign sales leads, monitor follow-ups, and support the team in deal negotiation and closing.
• Coach and train team members in product knowledge, customer approach, and project consultation.

2. Customer Relationship & Project Handling
• Ensure professional consultation for customers on kitchen, wardrobe, and furniture design options.
• Oversee project sales process — from prospect to quotation, design coordination, and contract signing.
• Maintain strong relationships with repeat and VIP clients.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.

3. Sales Target & Performance Monitoring
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance versus targets.
• Analyze lead-to-deal conversion rates and identify improvement areas.
• Report sales performance, pipeline, and forecast to Operations Manager.

4. Coordination with Other Departments
• Work closely with the Marketing team for promotions and showroom campaigns.
• Coordinate with the Design & Installation departments to ensure accurate project execution.
• Share customer feedback and product insights to improve service and offerings.

5. Administrative & Reporting Duties
• Maintain updated sales tracking sheets, customer databases, and project records.
• Ensure all quotations, contracts, and customer documentation are properly managed.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
