– Align training plans with department goals to support individual and team performance improvements.
– Design and develop training modules based on identified needs
– Support leadership acceleration program and capacity development initiatives.
– Facilitate internal workshops and coordinate external training sessions.
– Implement L&D initiatives to support employee growth
– Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through data, feedback, and performance metrics
– Contribute ideas for improving learning culture and employee engagement through L&D.
– Handle training materials and documentation
