– Assist in signing settlement agreements, confirming and recording expenses.
3.Customer communication
– Answer customer questions and provide professional advice. Collect feedback and analyze improvements to enhance customer loyalty.
4.Problem solving
– Quickly respond to and handle problems that arise during transportation.
– Coordinate with all parties to resolve issues and provide timely feedback to customers on progress.
