Reporting Line: VP – Engineering & Retail Development
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop new service stations subject to budget availability.
– Develop new business opportunities in the Retail Department
– Identify and secure potential locations for new stations across Cambodia.
– Support station renovation and knock-down/rebuild projects.
– Collaborate with the Engineering Division on station design and construction.
– Assist in SFS (Shop, Food, Services) development and station segmentation.
– Manage contract renewals and expirations for existing stations.
– Monitor competitor development plans and market intelligence.
– Ensure compliance with Retail Steerco strategies and policies.
– Coordinate with Singapore retail development team for updates and alignment.
– Ensure dealer compliance with local regulations and company policies.
– Support license acquisition for new and existing stations.
– Develop long-term retail development plans.
– Assist in expanding the contractor network to accelerate development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering field.
- At least 5 years of experience in oil and retail market development.
- Strong understanding of service station operations and customer needs.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Having a valid driving license
