Reporting Line: Card Manager

Key Responsibilities:
– Ensure compliance with local rules and regulations, and the Company Code of Conduct and HSEQ requirements.
– Manage the customer portfolio, proactively ensuring comprehensive coverage and growth through targeted prospecting initiatives.
– Draft and manage contracts and sales conditions, ensuring compliance and alignment with company standards.
– Collaborate in setting sales targets, developing sales roadmaps, and formulating long-term goals and policies to support business growth.
– Evaluate the existing product portfolio, identify market opportunities, and taking part in the development and launch of new products—including defining product strategy,
positioning, pricing, and service plans.
– Develop and coordinate programs to increase unit sales and revenue, supporting localization and ensuring product offerings meet market need
– Design, propose, and execute marketing strategies to promote card products and drive sales, including the development of non-fuel revenue streams
– Implement, utilize and monitor card activities, track customer balances, analyse outstanding accounts, and develop actionable plans for debt collection.
– Deliver exceptional customer service, proactively addressing requirements and resolving claims to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
– Support Card Manager with other sale development activities.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration or IT with at least two-years’ experience.
- Experience in retail station operation is a plus.
- Self-starter and driven, able to take initiatives towards continual improvement, and capture opportunities.
- Good communication, and interpersonal skills in Khmer and English. Good knowledge of informatics tools.
