Position Overview: As a Sales Consultant at Tunsai, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them identify and select the most suitable cleaning and maintenance solutions for their properties. Your role focuses on understanding client needs, providing professional consultation, and building strong, long-term relationships that contribute to business growth.

* Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Service Advisory
● Meet with clients to understand their cleaning and maintenance needs.
● Provide tailored recommendations and explain service options clearly.
● Advise clients on the most effective and efficient solutions for their properties.

Client Outreach & Engagement
● Initiate contact with potential customers through calls, referrals, and on-site visits.
● Present services professionally during consultations and promotional events.
● Educate customers on service benefits and long-term value.

Relationship Management & CRM
● Build and sustain long-term client relationships.
● Maintain accurate client records and consultation history in the CRM system.
● Follow up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional service needs.

Collaboration & Reporting
● Work closely with the Sales Manager and the operations team to align service delivery with client expectations.
● Provide feedback to management on client needs and market opportunities.
● Prepare consultation reports and client updates for management review.
