1. Purchase material, packaging, spare part and accessories provided to company production and operation activities to ensure those meet demand on price, quality, typical kind and on time.
2. Analyze technical data and specifications to determine the equipment / tools for projects / requirements.
3. Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
4. Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
5. Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications.
6. Creates purchase order and monitor the delivery upon the required date.
7. Prepare subcontracts, and agreements for projects’ material and equipment.
8. Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, price and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
9. Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.
10. Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions.
11. Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
12. Define and maintain documented category and supplier strategies using market and competitive data.
13. Perform regular performance review with suppliers to drive continuous improvements
14. Support Management on the assignment.
15. Join in Board of Project Management as a member for new project (if any)
