1. Establish SOP and review (Standard of procedure) of quality standard. To control quality to meet the standard spec and customer requirement and inform the production team for the quality result to production department.
2. Quality system responsibilities encompass establishing standards, managing documentation, conducting audits, and providing training. These duties ensure consistent quality across processes, products,
3. ensure GMP, SOPs, GHP have been implementing correctly to meet internal standard and external audit requirement and Local regulation.
4. Develop, maintain, and deliver training for relevant quality system procedures. Induction documentation is developed, maintained, and updated for each site. Induction documentation is maintained, updated, and communicated to staff.
5. Conduct annual training with the purpose of delivering QMS and Food Safety Policy to production teams.
6. Review HACCP system Confirm on the actual process.
7. Perform following the quality process standard procedure that refers to SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) including the quality standard product such as ISO9001/GHP/HACCP.
8. To support production Team leader to aware on QMS (Technical support, Procedure, Quality manual, traceability, record keeping, product recall, complaint handing, documents control, product development)
9. Working Closely with cross department. Direct report to Quality Control and Quality Assurance Section Head.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma of General / Chemistry/Science / or rerated
• More than 2 years’ experience in manufacturing/Factory for QA/AC department and experience with ISO 9001 and FSS22000.
• Good experience of communicating and work closely with cross department
• Good command of Cambodian and English language, both reading, writing, and speaking.
• English and computer skills are preferred. If can speak Thai will be priority.
