• Lead and translate sales strategies into effective sales activities to satisfactorily achieve regional sales KPIs.
• Drive the initiative and propose promotion in respective areas to ensure high sales performance in the respective regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key outlets to ensure all the company’s products are visible and well stocked in all outlets at all times.
• Develop and conduct customers’ experience survey and interpret the finding into strategic sales activities.
• Set up monthly sales call plan and make sure the sales team goes to the outlets based on an effective call plan.
• Coach regional sales team to ensure that their capacity and skills are periodically developed, and ongoing development to team members to optimize performance.
• Manage and work closely with distributors and distribution objective, ensuring distributors achieve their targets set and deliver on time to outlets.
• Manage regular sales update reports, forecasts, tracking sales performance and market insights to the line Manager.
• Perform related duties as assigned from time to time as required by the company.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in management or a similar role from FMCG (preferred).
• Able to collaborate across different levels of the organization and a proven ability to build and manage relationships internally and externally.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of sales processes and CRM software.
• Require the possession of a valid state driving license and be able to drive a vehicle with a willingness to work a flexible schedule with night market visits.
• Occasional weekend or evening work may be necessary, depending on customer needs and business demands.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Languages: Good command of English, written and spoken
