• Provide financial and operational support to senior leaders across functions such as Inventory and Supply Chain Operations…etc and the team on both daily tasks and ad-hoc projects.
• Be a sounding board on potential impact of investment/project ideas and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Assist in providing tactical/strategic solutions for team and cross function requirements.
• Review proposed journal with proper and strong reference prior posting into the financial statement.
• Perform monthly physical sight of inventory and reconcile to system.
• Prepare monthly report on production, cost comparison, reconciliation to balance sheet…etc
• Provide timely and accurate support on accounting functions such as journal entries, and operational costing
• Provide analysis of actual monthly performance metrics versus budget/history on a monthly basis
• Support external function such as external audit, tax…etc
• Other task(s) assigned by management(s).
Job Requirements
• At least 3 years financial experience in Supply Chain, Operation or Financial analysis role in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting or Business.
• Knowledge in ERP/Dynamic 365 Business Central is prioritized.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of general accounting principles and cost accounting in areas of Factory costing, Contract Manufacturing, Inventory and Procurement.
• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects strong follow through skills
