1. Sales & Business Development
– Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Chinese-speaking market segment.
– Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers.
– Conduct regular visits to customers and maintain strong business relationships.
2. Client Relationship Management
– Serve as the main point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients, providing timely and professional support.
– Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
– Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and distributors.
3. Market Analysis & Reporting
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to propose relevant sales strategies.
– Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to the Sales Supervisor/Manager.
– Recommend promotional activities and pricing adjustments to improve competitiveness.
4. Coordination & Administration
– Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Logistics, Finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
– Ensure all sales documentation (contracts, quotations, invoices) is accurate and complete.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or trade supervision, preferably in FMCG, retail, or related industries.
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English; Khmer is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Dynamic, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
