– Monitor and interpret updates to Cambodian International Financial Reporting Standards (CIFRS) and CIFRS for SMEs, and ensure timely implementation.
– Provide guidance and training to accounting and finance teams on the application of accounting standards.
– Review financial statements and reports to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
– Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure accurate and compliant reporting.
– Assist in the development and documentation of accounting policies and procedures.
– Support internal audits and risk assessments related to financial reporting.
– Advise on complex accounting transactions and their treatment under CIFRS.
– Stay updated on global accounting trends and their potential impact on local practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting or auditing, with a focus on financial reporting and standards.
- Strong understanding of Cambodian accounting regulations, CIFRS, and international accounting frameworks.
- Experience in a multinational or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably JD Edwards), Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, Korean is an advantage
