-Develop an efficient purchasing strategy and ensure the procurement of goods aligns with the company’s budget and needs.
-Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices, ensure quality, and timely delivery.
-Monitor and manage inventory to ensure stock levels are sufficient without overstocking or stock outs.
-Evaluate supplier performance based on product quality, price, delivery, and after-sales service.
-Manage and control the purchasing budget to ensure it stays within the approved plan.
-Ensure that all purchasing processes are carried out in accordance with company policies and proper documentation.
-Prepare purchasing reports and maintain necessary documentation for efficient inventory management.

Job Requirements

-Minimum bachelor's degree in management, Economics, or related fields.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, with managerial experience.
-Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and vendors.
-Experience in managing purchasing budgets and inventory management.
-Good communication and coordination skills with various departments.
-Able to operate ERP systems, particularly JDE, for managing purchases and inventory.
-Understanding of data management and transactions within ERP systems to optimize procurement workflows and inventory tracking.
-Must be fluent in Chinese
