Job Description
1.Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate incoming shipments, check container quantities, and manage unloading sequences.
-Supervise forklift drivers and warehouse operators to ensure safe and correct handling of materials.
-Monitor inventory movement, stock availability, kitting, and sequencing to support production needs.
-Ensure materials are stored in correct locations and layouts, following lot control requirements.
-Identify, resolve, and report issues such as MES receiving errors, unloading problems, or stock discrepancies.
-Manage returnable racks, including preparation, scanning, reporting, and coordination with logistics.
-Prepare reports related to unloading activities, returnable racks, and equipment usage.
-Maintain warehouse safety standards, including daily forklift inspections and 5S activities.
-Create nonconformance reports (NCP) and coordinate with Quality Control when problems occur.
-Train new staff and forklift drivers, ensuring compliance with safety rules and job procedures.
-Perform other duties assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.
2.Skills and Qualifications:
-High school or vocational education.
Knowledge of warehouse inventory management.
Leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
-At least 5 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment (training may be provided).
-Forklift license or ability to operate material handling equipment.
Awareness of dangerous goods handling and safety requirements.
3.Reporting Line:
-Reports directly to the Warehouse Supervisor / MP&L Manager
-Works closely with all internal departments related to warehouse operations.
Job Requirement
1.Education & Certification
-Bachelor Degree or vocational qualification.
-Forklift license or authorization to operate material handling equipment (preferred/essential).
-Awareness of dangerous goods handling and safety requirements.
2.Experience
-Minimum 5 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
-Candidates with limited experience may be considered if on-the-job training is available.
3.Knowledge & Skills
-Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
-Leadership and team supervision skills.
-Good problem-solving and systematic thinking abilities.
-Understanding of material flow, stock control, kitting, sequencing, and storage layout.
-Basic reporting and documentation skills.
