Job Description
## **About the Role**
We are looking for a results-driven **Assistant Partnership Manager (B2B Sales)** to grow and retain our corporate ride-hailing client base. You will generate new business through outbound prospecting and events, monitor corporate trip performance to increase ride frequency, and re-engage churned corporate users with tailored offers.
This role **requires a proactive and reactive self-starter**: able to identify opportunities and act independently, while responding quickly to client needs, market changes, and sales opportunities with the drive to close deals.
## **Key Responsibilities**
### Outbound Sales & Lead Generation (50%)
– Research potential corporate clients across priority sectors, including manufacturing, banking, NGOs, logistics, technology, hospitality, education, and business associations.
– Identify relevant conferences, trade shows, networking events, chambers of commerce activities, and industry roundtables where qualified corporate leads can be generated.
– Represent the company at selected events, collect qualified leads, and ensure timely post-event follow-up.
– Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and event follow-ups.
– Understand each prospect’s employee transportation, client visits, airport transfers, and business-travel needs.
– Prepare tailored proposals, pricing options, service agreements, and presentations for decision-makers such as HR, admin, procurement, finance, and operations leaders.
– Negotiate commercial terms, close new corporate accounts, and ensure smooth onboarding with relevant internal teams.
– Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, deal stages, and forecasts in the CRM.
### Corporate Trip Performance & Account Growth (30%)
– Monitor trip volume, active users, ride frequency, and revenue performance for each corporate account.
– Identify underperforming or low-frequency accounts and develop action plans to increase adoption and ride frequency.
– Analyze account health, flag early churn risks, and recommend retention or growth interventions.
– Conduct regular business reviews with corporate clients, presenting trip trends, savings opportunities, service performance, and growth recommendations.
– Work with clients to promote the corporate ride-hailing program internally through HR announcements, employee onboarding, internal campaigns, and manager briefings.
– Collaborate with operations, customer support, finance, and product teams to resolve service issues and improve the corporate client experience.
– Track KPIs such as new accounts signed, activated accounts, monthly active corporate users, rides per company, revenue per account, retention rate, and churn rate.
### Churned Account Win-Back & Retention (20%)
– Maintain a churned and at-risk corporate account list, including reason for churn, last trip date, previous usage, contract status, and key contacts.
– Conduct structured cold calls and outreach to churned corporate users to understand why they stopped using the service.
– Offer tailored win-back proposals based on the client’s prior usage, business needs, and competitive situation.
– Negotiate reactivation offers, pilot programs, discounted ride packages, dedicated support, or improved billing arrangements within approved guidelines.
– Coordinate with internal teams to resolve root causes of churn, such as service coverage, driver availability, invoicing issues, app experience, or policy limitations.
– Track win-back conversion, reactivated account performance, and post-win-back ride frequency.
– Share recurring churn insights and recommendations with management to improve the overall corporate offering.
