Job Description
1. Install, repair and maintenance the daily mechanical operation, maintenance requests, and building maintenance to achieve high performance and high level of OEE
2. Inspect and repair machine based on maintenance plan to ensure relevant maintenance parts are reported in a timely manner to minimize breakdown to support production operation to run smoothly
3. Maintain and monitor the safety and cleanliness mechanical operation system to ensure that there is no electrical and mechanical hazard on plant equipment
4. Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), identify problems, and take prompt action to repair and maintenance machines and engines responding to problems occurred to enhance efficiency of plant equipment
5. Implement 7S (5S, Safety and Security) at plant areas to ensure safety and improvements in the working environment.
6. Support the facilities team on site, third party, sub-contractors to ensure tasks is completed on time with safely and ISO (QMS, FSMS, GMP, and HACCP) standard requirement
7. Complete daily operation report, maintenance plan, and building maintenance and report to Senior Manager, Group Engineering to monitor maintenance and inspection plans
8. Other tasks will be assigned time to time
Job Requirements
1. Education:
o University degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
2. Experience:
o Internship or 1 year of experience as technical management or equivalent in the manufacturing
o Fresh graduated is encouraged to apply
3. Skills and knowledge:
o Working knowledge of ISO, GMP and HACCP in a manufacturing environment
o Working knowledge of 5S in work place
o Competencies in computer and Microsoft offices skills
o Good level of English (Writing, listening and Speaking)
