Job Description

• Leading and taking ownership of the procurement process, overseeing all stages from pre-qualification to inquiry, bill of quantities, analysis, and selection report
• Conducting negotiations during the tender stage to resolve issues effectively
• Taking ownership of estimating and cost planning activities, culminating in presenting the final cost plan
• Evaluating and comparing tenders or suppliers’ quotations
• Offering cost information and conducting studies on value engineering analysis
• Providing monthly contractual claims to the client
• Administering post-contract activities, including contract documentation, progress payment valuation, variation assessment, cost control, and financial reports (including cash flow)
• Generating cost reports, analyses, and other necessary documents for the Manager, client, or other stakeholders
• Conducting cost analysis and formulating cost reduction strategies to enhance overall project value
• Ensuring timely negotiation and agreement on final accounts
• Upholding ethical standards in procurement functions, making decisions based on objective and defendable grounds
• Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, labor costs, and contracts to secure optimal deals
• Involving in project budgeting, controlling cash flow and cost, processing claims, contract payments, and settling final accounts
• Handling additional tasks and projects assigned by direct supervisor
