• មានបទពិសោធន៍ យ៉ាងតិច ៣ឆ្នាំ ក្នុងការបង្រៀននៅកម្រិតបឋមសិក្សា
• មានសមត្ថភាពក្នុងការនិយាយ និងសរសេរ ជាភាសាខ្មែរ និងភាសាអង់គ្លេស (បើអាច)
• មានជំនាញក្នុងការទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តរបុគ្គល
• មានសមត្ថភាពក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់កំព្យូទ័រ លើកម្មវិធី MS. Office, E-mail, Internet
• មានភាពរួសរាយ រាក់ទាក់ ទំនាក់ទំនងល្អ និងចេះធ្វើការងារជាក្រុម
• មានភាពអត់ធ្មត់ និងម្ចាស់ការលើការងារ
• មានការយល់ដឹងទូលំទូលាយពីចក្ខុវិស័យ បេសកកម្ម ទិសដៅ និងគោលការណ៍របស់ស្ថាប័ន
